Getting Your Order Ready
We’re quick! We process and ship most orders within 5 business days (that’s Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM). Orders placed after 4 PM on Friday will be processed first thing on Monday morning.

How We Deliver
To get your order to you quickly and reliably, we team up with trusted carriers like USPS and FedEx. We ship directly from our international warehouses to speed up the journey to your doorstep.The moment your package is on the move, we'll send you a tracking number so you can follow its every step.

What If an Item Is on Backorder?
No worries! If something you ordered is temporarily out of stock, we’ll ship everything else to you right away. As soon as the backordered item is ready, we’ll send it out separately—you won’t be charged any extra shipping fees.

Important Delivery Details
To make sure our carriers can deliver your package successfully, we kindly ask for a physical street address. Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes.

We also currently cannot ship to the following locations: Alaska, Guam, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and Armed Forces (APO/FPO/DPO) addresses. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
