Cancellations
You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. Once canceled, you will receive a full refund immediately.
If your order has already shipped, it can no longer be canceled. In this case, you may return the item(s) to us for a refund upon receipt (see instructions below).

We accept returns of undamaged products for any reason within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return:

• The product must be returned in its original condition, including all accessories and parts.

• If returned in its original packaging, Dookron will cover the return shipping cost.
  Returns that do not meet these requirements may be declined.

Please note: All returns must be shipped to our designated return address to be accepted.

Refunds
After we receive your return, our team will inspect the item(s) and notify you via email of the acceptance or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 business days, and the amount will be credited to your original payment method (e.g., credit card or PayPal). The refund may take additional time to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been issued.
